As a certified InterNACHI inspector, Josh brings a breadth of experience to each inspection. His experience includes not only over 1,000 home inspections, but also as maintenance manager for a building and packaging supply, Inspector General of inspections for the United States Air Force Reserve Command, previously licensed insurance agent in KS from 2006-2023 earning him vast experience in claims and their causes, extensive home repairs, and much more. He is a family man who has called Kansas home since he was first stationed here in 1999 and he remains an active member of the 931st Air Refueling Wing at McConnell, AFB.

John is an retired Air Force member bringing a valuable set of attributes to the Twister City team. He has an invaluable background in both maintenance and inspections. In addition, his attention to detail and quality assurance mindset are key in this business. John maintains his Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) through InterNACHI, the world’s leading association for home inspectors. He understands the complexity and importance of decisions surrounding buying and selling homes. His number one goal is to provide a quality, accurate inspection for his clients. Aside from the Air Force and home inspections, you can find him on the lake in the summer and spending time with family.
Preston Stone
Preston is a former Marine who brings discipline, attention to detail, and integrity to every home inspection. He maintains his professional certification through InterNACHI and is committed to ongoing education in the field. With his hands-on construction experiences, Preston understands how homes are built and maintained.
