Joshua Franklin
As a certified InterNACHI inspector, Josh brings a breadth of experience to each inspection. His experience includes maintenance manager for a building and packaging supply, Inspector General for the United States Air Force Reserve Command, licensed insurance agent in KS since 2007 with a vast experience in claims and their causes, home appliance installation and repairs, and much more. He is a family man who has called Kansas home since he was first stationed here in 1999 and he remains an active member of the 931st Air Refueling wing at McConnell, AFB.
Nick Hawthorne
Nick is a Kansas native who offers more than just a "standard" home inspection. He too, maintains his certification with InterNACHI. In addition to his certification, Nick is no stranger to building and roofing systems. From repairs to replacements, he understands how certain types of damage can lead to additional problems.

John Von Waldner
John is an eighteen-year active duty Air Force member bringing a valuable set of attributes to the Twister City team. He has an invaluable background in both maintenance and inspection. In addition, his attention to detail and quality assurance mindset are key in this business. John maintains his Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) through InterNACHI, the world’s leading association for home inspectors. He understands the complexity and importance of decisions surrounding buying and selling homes. His number one goal is to provide a quality, accurate inspection for his clients. Aside from the Air Force and home inspections, you can find him on the lake in the summer and spending time with family.
